Savage Virtual Assistance is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZB684613) and takes the privacy of your data seriously.

What I collect

When you contact me or book a discovery call I collect your name, email address and any details you choose to share about your business. If we work together I may also process information needed to deliver services on your behalf.

How I use it

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver agreed services and keep records required by law. I never sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

Analytics and other services

I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use my website - see my Cookie Policy for details and how to opt out. I also use trusted third-party services to help run my business and deliver services to you: Systeme.io (to deliver free guides and host my Coach Hub template), Stripe (to process payment securely if you purchase Coach Hub, via Systeme.io), and Calendly (to manage discovery call bookings). These providers only process your data as needed to provide their service and have their own privacy policies.

How long I keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months. Client records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting requirements, then securely deleted.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing lauren@savage-va.co.uk.
